Backorder Terms & Conditions

 

IF BACKORDER (BO) items alongside a ready stock item were purchased, the ready stock item will be sent in advance. The backorder item will be sent on a separate parcel once the stock arrives. (Except international orders, in which the ready stock will be sent together once backorder arrives)

i) All backorders placed are strictly not cancellable/refundable.
ii) Please take note that sometimes we are not able to control any external factors on the shipment delayed as our product is manufactured outside Malaysia. In any cases, that our BO product is cancelled, full cash/ issue gift card refund will be given.

If you have ordered multiple backorders in a single order, the order will be sent out once ALL BO items arrived.
